Q.    What forms of payment may I use?

A.    We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, Switch, Discover, Solo and American Express.


Q.    Is your site secure?

A.    We use the strongest level of encryption available to protect your financial information when you are checking out.  We will never store your credit card number, and we only ship to your registered billing address to prevent unauthorized use.  We will never ask for your credit card or banking information in an e-mail.


Q.    Do you offer gift cards?

Q.    What is your return policy?

A.    Our return policy is as follows:

  • All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number
  • Requests for an RMA must be made within 14 days of shipment of your order
  • To request a RMA number please e-mail customerservice@overtheedgeapparel.com.  Be sure to include your order number and item description as well as a reason for return
  • The item must be unworn and have all the original tags attached
  • Items are returned for store credit only
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except if the item was damaged in transit

Q.    My package was damaged in transit

A.    Immediately email customer service, save all of the packaging.  We will make arrangements for return shipping


Q.    How fast can I expect my item

A.    We typically ship using USPS priority mail within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.  In total you should receive your order in 2-5 business days.  (yes, we do work Saturdays)

Q.    Do you have a sizing chart in order to help me make my selection

A.    Yes, if an item does not run true to size we will say so in the item description
